This Legal Notice governs the use of TNG Max, a digital film streaming platform operated by The New Generation Industry, also known as TNG Industry (“TNG Max,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using TNG Max, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Legal Notice and all applicable laws and regulations

1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content made available on TNG Max, including but not limited to films, series, videos, audio, images, scripts, graphics, logos, trademarks, brand names, website design, software, and platform features, are the intellectual property of TNG Max, The New Generation Industry, or their respective licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, modified, sold, licensed, or exploited in any form without prior written permission from TNG Max or the rightful copyright owner.

2. Content Usage Restrictions

Users are strictly prohibited from:​

Violation of these restrictions may result in account suspension, termination, legal action, and/or claims for damages.

TNG Max and all content on the platform are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.

TNG Max does not guarantee that the platform will be free from viruses, bugs, or technical disruptions.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TNG Max, The New Generation Industry, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Content accessed through TNG Max,

  • Unauthorized access to user data,

  • Technical failures, interruptions, or service downtime

6. Termination of Access

TNG Max reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate access to the platform without prior notice if a user violates this Legal Notice, applicable laws, or engages in conduct that harms the platform, its users, or its business interests.

This Legal Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
